I discovered a love for poetry after being given a book of poems written by my mother. I joined Poemhunter.com about 15 years ago looking for further inspiration which I found along with online poet friends that I have to this day. I have had a few poems published in magazines and I have also contributed to the latest Slough Writers Anniversary Anthology. Being a member of Slough Writers has encouraged me to explore new genres and I'm working on a book of my own poems.
