Slough Writers’ Inspirational Walk

On Monday 16th, Slough Writers assembled in Eton Wick for their annual inspirational walk, with the intention of spotting interesting ideas for stories or poems. On this occasion we passed a poem carved into a bench, a “Friendless” church, a bridge built to commemorate a local businessman who died young, and of course glorious views of Windsor Castle. As seems traditional now, the weather was certainly kind, and the group well-deserved their drink in the pub at the end.
